Good news week!

For lovers of Dogs;….. and those that don’t!    😦                                                                                  …… Get out of my kennel! 🙂

Theres’s never much good news coming out of South America; not much out of North America either, when I think about it; but this item caught my eye and made my day, week month and year 🙂

Everybody has probably seen and read it, but I can’t resist the temptation of adding my tuppenny-ha’penny’s worth. Must admit it brought a few tears to my eyes and a big lump in my throat.

Olivia Sievers for TIME MAGAZINES’ woman/person of the year gets my vote.

  1. I love stories like that! I’m a sucker for happy endings for dogs that need them. Gives me a chance to exercise my tear ducts …

    1. I agree entirely, my Coco is a ‘rescue dog’, he’s been with me now for 4 or so years and I can’t imagine life without him; he’s always such a happy dog, tail never stops wagging he was a bit shy/scared when he first came to me but he now rules the roost and I belong to him, he growls if other dogs seek my attention, he doesn’t really like it and gets a bit jealous.

  4. Awww, and just today I was reading a story about a Japanese Akita called Hachiko, who continued to wait at the train station for its deceased owner for some ten years! I was reading up on the breed because my nephew has just bought one.

    1. I remember that tear jerker too, but I thought he waited at a railway station, one of those places along a railway line where trains stop so people can get on or off of the train before it leaves the railway station to travel along the railway line ’til it gets to the next station!

As you can see I have a thing about railway statios XD
